Upon approval of the project estimate, we will provide our customer agreement form and formal proposal of the project (which will outline your project details and milestones). The initialed and signed customer agreement and formal proposal documents will need to be returned to us along with the project’s down payment (which varies for each project).
To begin the design phase of any project, we will need a completed design brief questionnaire (a document that simply requests a business overview and several design aesthetics). Please note, this document will be provided along with the formal proposal and customer agreement.
In addition to the completed questionnaire, we will need the following:
- Company Logo source file (or if you don’t have a logo, view our Logo Design Packages)
- Imagery to integrate into the design
- Page content (organized in word documents and folders)
