For POP3 or IMAP email services that use SmarterMail 8.x or less, you can use these settings to configure email clients (including Outlook) and smartphones as well as tablets:

Legacy SmarterMail POP3 & IMAP E-mail Settings

POP3 Settings:

  • Incoming Mail Server

    Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    User Name: Full e-mail address
    Password: Your account password
    Use SSL: No
    Incoming Server Port: 110

  • Outgoing Mail Server

    Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    User Name: Full e-mail address
    Password: Your account password
    Use SSL: No
    Outgoing Server Port: 50

IMAP Settings:

  • Incoming Mail Server

    Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    User Name: Full e-mail address
    Password: Your account password
    Use SSL: No
    Incoming Server Port: 143

  • Outgoing Mail Server

    Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
    User Name: Full e-mail address
    Password: Your account password
    Use SSL: No
    Outgoing Server Port: 50
